We are a Tamba registered group who aim to meet the needs of multiples parents and parents-to-be in and around Bath, providing a warm, supportive group where parents and children can make life-long friends.
We offer two groups:
- Bath Multiples every Friday 10-12pm – Southdown Methodist Church, The Hollow, Bath BA2 1NJ with plenty of toys, a mid-morning snack, tea, coffee and biscuits for adults, monthly art and craft, and more.
- Bath Mini Multiples every Friday afternoon in term time from 1-3pm at The Percy Centre, New King Street BA1 2BN – in partnership with Bath NCT – breastfeeding support, lots of bouncy chairs and helpful volunteers so you can enjoy a drink and a chat (coffee, herbal, fruit and normal teas are available plus fresh fruit and cake).
We can provide information for mums- and dads-to-be, put you in touch with other people expecting twins or more, answer your questions about Norland College family placement students, what buggy to buy and so on. We have monthly nights out for the grown-ups, Easter and summer holiday meet-ups, and special events such as a big summer weekend picnic, Christmas party, etc., nearly new equipment for sale, and, Preparing for Parenthood antenatal training!
If any of that sounds like it might be for you, drop in to one of our groups, send us an email, follow us on Twitter or visit our facebook page – see the links.
Nicki, Bex, Hannah and all the Bath Multiples gang look forward to meeting you!
We are a play/support group for families with or expecting multiples. We meet Friday’s from 10 -12 at St George Community Centre, Church Road, Bristol at the cost of £1.50 per family (including other siblings).
We provide tea/coffee for grown-ups, toast and a drink for toddlers. We have books/toys suitable for babies and toddlers, as well as a baby area, and craft for the toddlers. We run a brief ‘circle time’ during the session where we help each other address the issues that families with multiples have, we have a wealth of publications about having twins/triplets, as well as being members of TAMBA.
All the volunteers are mums of multiples and we aim to provide a supportive place for multiple families that’s fun for their children, of course we always end the session with some singing!
