PROUD dad Steven Richardson cradles his miracle twins – born 22 YEARS after he had a vasectomy.
Steven, 50, thought he could not have kids with second wife Carol after a reverse snip op failed.

But a British fertility clinic used another treatment to help the couple and the result was twins Annie and William.
