When I found out that we were having twins it was a total shock to me and my husband. We didn't know what to expect! We were married but still very young, only 20 years old and my husband is in the army so we live away from all our family.

The labour went well they were born 7 minutes apart on 9th November 2005. Crystal came first at 6lb 4oz, then Melisa at 4lb 10 oz. When they were born I was so nervous - they were so tiny I thought that they would break! I didn't have....
